Crafting digital marketplace for a silver innings service

To create a multi-sided service platform that helps people add purpose in their silver years, so they never have to retire. 

This project focuses on building a tailored marketplace for our retired individuals, designed to connect customers with curated service offerings that meet their unique needs. The platform facilitates deep engagements, planning, and communication among like-minded individuals, fostering a robust community.

Role & Responsibilties

  • Creating an intuitive and visually appealing user interface that fosters seamless interactions and community building.

  • Conducted research, developed wireframes and prototypes, and designed the final UI to meet user needs and project goals.

  • Leading client sessions to develop website concepts, strategised design concepts from multiple user perspectives, performed quick iterations, and built a microsite for the marketplace launch.
